The STRONG/HEAVY Series modular guarding consists of 60x60 posts with a welded base and 20x20 and 30x30 framed panels assembled together using a Satech patented quick-release CLIP. The series is used in so-called heavy conditions, such as in industrial robotics or the steel industry. STRONG/HEAVY Series panels: Characteristics: - Frame: 20 x 20/ 30 x 30 - Mesh: 22 x 100 x 3 - Paint: Epoxy-polyester powder (for indoor use). Satech presents the "LIGHT" version of the manual vertical door. The new Manual Vertical Door is equipped with a counterweight that allows the control of the opening and closing movement and an actuation whose power does not exceed 150N. The double safety cable on the restart, the magnetic stop and the very strong posts make it fully compliant with the safety regulations. Finally, the reduced number of components makes assembly quick and easy.

Production lines often require large accesses controlled by doors that, when opened, can be opened with a minimum of obstruction. Hybrid Doors and Wide Opening Doors are solutions obtained by exploiting the characteristics of standard telescopic sliding doors. In the first case, the combination of telescopic sliding and hinged rotation movements allows maximum use of space with variable positioning. Stability is also ensured by a series of wheel supports. In the second case, multi-leaf telescopic doors reduce the space required when the door is open. The possibility of fitting any type of lock and safety switch guarantees maximum adaptability and a wide variety of installations.
